GymTricks is a fun, high energy 1 hour class, for children aged 4 - 8 years old. Children in this class will learn fundamental gymnastics skills, how to use each apparatus safely, and all the best and most fun parts of gymnastics, tailored to the gymnasts level. This is ideal for children who aren't currently interested in competing and learning competition routines, or perhaps are unsure and want a fun introduction to gymnastics.
It's also great for older preschoolers (age 4+) who are ready for more structure and challenge before moving to our 3.30pm classes when they turn 5.
Children are welcome to move into a graded class in the future terms if they become more interested in the badges and competition side of gymnastics. Parents do not need to stay onsite for this class. Find more information about Recreational Graded classes here.
